The book was in great condition with good information especially when it came to writing emails and letters.


amazing customer service!
The book I ordered and received was used and was in very good condition. This seller was great! The book was shipped quickly with no problems. The main reason for my great opinion of this company though is how they treated me when I had an issue. I had dropped the class that this book was intended for and when I sent the book back I had mistakenly sent it to the wrong company. By the time I realized my error it was right at the 30 day mark. I email them and explained what had happened and they still told me they would accept the return even though by the time it was settled, it was past the 30 day window for returns. It is a pleasant surprise to deal with a company with such good customer service. I will definetely use them in the future.

This book is packed full of useful information. It will help you prepare and write messages the correct way. It tells you how to do persuasive writing to get your point across without sounding harsh. It is a great resource and I highly recommend it.


Great Product
The book arrived at my house only 3 days after ordering. It was well packaged and in mint condition. The book was also half the price of the new copies found on bookstores. Overall great job, and great product.
